BACK BAY — Turner Fisheries has promoted a new chef de cuisine, Jason Bautista, who plans to change the menu more frequently to take advantage of seasonally available and sustainable ingredients. Bautista will also introduce a "chef's whim" lobster special each Wednesday. [Official Source]
NEWTON — 51 Lincoln is playing up their rooftop garden next month, offering a special raw menu that incorporates vegetables with raw protein preparations, like steak tartare, salmon carpaccio, and lamb kibbe. The menu will be available starting at 5pm throughout August, Tuesdays through Saturdays. [Official Source]
