Cancun Taqueria Will Bring Tacos to Harvard Square

Cancun Taqueria is coming to Harvard Square, reports Boston Restaurant Talk, and it appears to be taking over the former Lamole space by Zoe's, Dolphin Seafood, and Cafe Sushi. Signage indicates that the restaurant will serve "authentic Mexican" food, and one can assume tacos will be involved. Boston Restaurant Talk points out that there is a Taqueria Cancun in East Boston, but it's unclear whether there's a connection between the two. Perhaps not, as the signage is completely different, but hit up the tipline if you've got any intel. The proposed 60-seat restaurant will also have four seasonal patio seats, and it will be open daily from 11am to 1am.
