'Chipping Away' at The Kirkland Tap & Trotter

The 115+-seat restaurant from Craigie on Main's Tony Maws is slated to open in the end of August, according to a Craigslist job posting from yesterday. The post also indicates that the restaurant "will neither be a copy nor replacement" but "a cousin" to Craigie on Main "with phenomenal ingredients, terrific flavors, superior service in a simpler, more rustic setting and at a lower price point.
