oyacuban.jpgMalden's Oyá Cuban Café (not to be confused with upscale sushi restaurant O ya in downtown Boston) is featured in the Globe North "Dining Out" section, and reviewers Coco McCabe and Doug Stewart find it to be "a fine-dining establishment that can hold its own against any restaurant in the North region." The must-try: chicharrones y vieiras, "a trio of pan-seared scallops, each perched on a chunk of succulent pork belly, skewered with a toothpick, and doused in a sweet house-made barbecue sauce." [BG]
