Old-timey local candy producer NECCO, known especially for its namesake wafers and for those chalky Valentine's Day hearts, is in legal hot water with USO, the non-profit that entertains US troops. USO alleges that NECCO has continued to advertise an affiliation with the organization even though their arrangement lapsed several years ago. [UH]
