"Our wood fired Neapolitan pizza oven is ready to be shipped to Fort Point," writes Pastoral on Facebook, sharing a photo of the shiny red beauty. The restaurant is aiming to open in September, according to responses to would-be pizza eaters on the Facebook page. Earlier this summer, owner Todd Winer completed a pizzaiolo training course through VPN Americas, the US and Canadian branch of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the Neapolitan pizza-making board.
