Waffle Fried Chicken Sandwich at Puritan & Co.

Last but certainly not least, Puritan & Co.'s Will Gilson is offering a Greasy Spoons Week special — only this Sunday, when he launches brunch (11am - 2pm). Gilson's favorite greasy spoon was Crown Fried Chicken in Providence, RI. "When I was at school, I used to go there after long nights out and have its greasy, crunchy, wonderfulness save me from the impending hangover," says Gilson, who is offering an homage in the form of a waffle fried chicken sandwich ($12).
