Robert Grant, executive chef of Belly Wine Bar and The Blue Room, gets his greasy spoon fix at The Breakfast Club in Allston. His fondest memories of the laid-back spot are of early dates with now-S.O. Stephanie Santos, cheesemonger at the restaurants' sibling specialty shop, Central Bottle Wine + Provisions. Grant always tucks into the same dish — a spinach & cheese omelet with blueberry pancakes — while enjoying the 80s music and décor and super friendly staff.
