Goodbye to Flash's Cocktails?

All signs point to the end of the line for Flash's Cocktails on Stuart St., with mail apparently piling up outside of the locked door but nothing posted to indicate what's going on. The phone number goes to a voicemail listing the business hours, the website has been suspended, and Flash's Facebook page hasn't posted anything new since March. Back in mid-June, a Chowhound user posted that it would be closing soon. "They've sold the license and are just waiting it out until it transfers," wrote Unfoodie. "Only the license was sold, not the business." Since Flash's Cocktails wouldn't be much without the cocktails, it seems unlikely that a reopening will occur without liquor.
