The Sinclair's Colin Kruzic on His Favorite Greasy Spoon

"Nothing says greasy better than dehydrated Grade D meat, celery salt and chopped onions. Olneyville N.Y. System Wieners is in the worst, most ghetto part of town, and to top it off the wieners are served 'by the arm!'" — Colin Kruzic, chef at The Sinclair, on his favorite greasy spoon in Rhode Island.
