Serious Eats visits the decadent Frozen Hoagies truck and borrows a cringeworthy abbreviation, "fro-ho," from a Yelper to describe the desserts. While writer Liz Bomze has some criticism for the cookies that make up the "edible bookends" of these ice cream (er, custard) sandwiches, the Chilly Cow frozen custard is a hit, and ultimately Frozen Hoagies is "a keeper."
