Joanne Chang Gives Google Talk on Cookbook, Career

Joanne Chang (Flour Bakery + Cafe, Myers + Chang) visited Google's Cambridge office last month to speak about everything from her new cookbook, Flour, Too, to her winding career path from management consulting to being a baker, restaurateur, and cookbook author. Her advice for those with similar aspirations: "It's about creating and developing team of people that surround you and who believe in what you do ... unless you're a one-man show you need to rely on other people."
