New, 1 comment

DOWNTOWN — It's your last chance for the year to take a Sake 101 course with O Ya's Nancy Cushman and Alyssa DiPasquale, who have both completed the highest level Sake Professional Course Certification in Japan. The 1.5-hour class costs $145, takes place this Saturday at 2pm at O Ya, and includes food pairings. [Eventbrite]

BEACON HILL — There's going to be sweetness aplenty at No. 9 Park on July 23 and August 6. Each night, five pastry chefs from around the city will each present a different dessert and talk about their technique and inspiration. $84 for the deliciously tooth-rotting experience, $36 more to wash it down with wine pairings. DOWNTOWN — Speaking of sweet, has the macaron craze finally arrived in Boston? Cakeology is now offering macarons at the downtown store as well as at SOWA. Flavors include Earl Grey, Sweet Basil, Root Beer, Mojito, and a bunch more. [Official Source]
