SOUTH END - Boston Chops begins serving brunch for the first time in history tomorrow, June 8. The full "raw" section of the menu will be available in addition to lobster cobb salad, a brisket, shank and grilled tongue hash, and crazy Bloody Marys with stuff like pickled asparagus, smoked beef tongue, veal stock and charred shishito peppers.
