Boston Chops Starts Brunch; Lincoln Launches Lunch

SOUTH END - Boston Chops begins serving brunch for the first time in history tomorrow, June 8. The full "raw" section of the menu will be available in addition to lobster cobb salad, a brisket, shank and grilled tongue hash, and crazy Bloody Marys with stuff like pickled asparagus, smoked beef tongue, veal stock and charred shishito peppers. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 3PM. [Official Site]

ASPEN - Chef Michael Scelfo of the upcoming Alden & Harlow won Boston's Cochon 555 this year, which means he's now off to the main event: Grand Cochon at the Food & Wine Classic. Eater National has the full lineup. [EN]
