Porkapalooza; Dunkies Secrets

BACK BAY — One Monday night a month starting on August 5th, The Salty Pig will host a Porkapalooza event where guest chefs will compete against "the home team" to create pork-based dishes centered around a specific pig part. Will Gilson (Puritan & Co.) kicks off the competition in August with pig head, followed by Karen Akunowicz (Myers + Chang) on September 23rd and Suzi Maitland (Trina's Starlite Lounge) on October 7th (pig parts TBD).
