Fenway Center; $1.3M Over Asking; More!

FENWAY - Thanks to a key O.K. from the state, the five-building, solar-powered Fenway Center is back on.
Construction should start by early 2014 on the first phase, which will include 420 apartments

BACK BAY - One of the tallest residential towers in Boston, the 625-foot addition to Copley Place, will have many more residential units than originally anticipated. New plans show the tower having as many as 109 condos and 433 apartments.
