Fenway Center; $1.3M Over Asking; More!

It's time for the latest and greatest real estate news in this week's Curbed Cuts from Curbed Boston.
[Rendering of the first phase of Fenway Center]

FENWAY - Thanks to a key O.K. from the state, the five-building, solar-powered Fenway Center is back on.
Construction should start by early 2014 on the first phase, which will include 420 apartments
BACK BAY - One of the tallest residential towers in Boston, the 625-foot addition to Copley Place, will have many more residential units than originally anticipated. New plans show the tower having as many as 109 condos and 433 apartments.
CAMBRIDGE - Holy wow: This Cambridge house went for $1,300,000 over its asking price. Which was already quite high.
HUB-WIDE - Next week is Hotels Week 2013 at Curbed Boston, and we want to hear your hotel horror stories: bad service, disgusting conditions, weird noises from the room next-door. Anonymity guaranteed, but we want addresses! Email us today.
