For food truck fanatics who just can't get enough of Taco Party, Bon Me, A4 Truck, Clover, Lobsta Love, and Roxy's Grilled Cheese, you're in luck: you can now hang them all on your wall. Little 5x7 artsy versions of them, anyway. Artist Helen Schroeder, a Minneapolis native who moved to Boston for college and now teaches art to preschoolers, recreates her favorite local food trucks using layers of cut paper and sells prints of them on satin matte stock in her Etsy store, Linden Leaf Designs. According to her Facebook page, she'll be creating twelve pieces of truck art - six to go! - and she's been releasing one a month, but she might also release an entire food truck calendar next time she's at SoWa, July 14th.
