A second location of Inman Square-based Ginger Exchange opened for dinner last night in the former Betty's Wok and Noodle Diner space near Symphony Hall, adding more food and drinks to the menu. "Pork Belly Baos Baos, over 40+ beers," the restaurant announced on Facebook. The pan-Asian restaurant offers sushi, including non-traditional choices like the Mainer (fried oysters, lettuce, and lemon sauce), along with noodle and rice dishes, bao baos, Korean fried chicken, and other assorted entrees and appetizers. And perhaps most importantly, scorpion bowls. The new Ginger Exchange, which features a prominent bar, is open from 11:30am to 11pm Monday through Wednesday, 11:30am to midnight Thursday through Saturday, and noon to 11pm on Sunday. The Ginger Exchange team also has a Mission Hill outpost called Mission Sushi & Wok.
