Craigie on Main chef Tony Maws shares the world's first look at what will become his new Somerville restaurant, The Kirkland Tap & Trotter. Previously, he said that a "signature" hot dog could be in store. This being the season, Maws also recently shared his feelings on graduation dinners: "Congrats to all you grads! Now can you tell your parents to NOT act like entitles, obnoxious, whiny children. Thanks."
