PORTSMOUTH - NH restaurant Moxy from chef Matt Louis has a new feature: Monday night "No Menu Menu" specials, in which five courses of chef's whim dishes goes for $30. On one recent anti-menu: scallop crudo; juniper-smoked duck with sunflower pesto; lobster with Jacob's Cattle Bean salad, bacon, and cucumber; crispy pigs feet; apple empenada.
