Australian newcomer Cuppacoffee soft-opened on Saturday, and now owner Todd Moore tells Eater that the coffeeshop is officially, totally, for real open. Cuppacoffee joins existing Australian restaurants KO Catering and Pies in Southie and KO Pies at the Shipyard in Eastie, plus the coffeeshop Flat Black, with locations in the Financial District and Dorchester, and which is Australian at least in name. The name flat black also appears on the Cuppacoffee menu, as do other Australian handles for coffee drinks, including a short black (that's espresso) and a long black (aka an Americano). Also on the menu: affogato and meat pies ranging from Thai chicken to steak and mushroom, plus sausage and spinach rolls. See here for more menu details. Mate.
