A new restaurant called 75 on Cambridge is in the works for what was once Grampy's gas station, at 209 Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill, says the Beacon Hill Times. The new venue would be an expansion from the owners of 75 Chestnut, also in Beacon Hill, and 75 on Liberty Wharf, which opened in the Seaport District in October 2012. All are run by the Hampshire House Corporation, which is headed by Thomas A. Kershaw and which also runs various locations of this little neighborhood bar called Cheers. If plans are approved by the city, expect a fall 2014 opening, a concept comparable to the other 75 restaurants, and seating for 120 to 130, says the article.
