Bronwyn Could Open by May 13 And This Is Its Bar

The hotly anticipated Bronwyn could open as soon as May 13; that would be the earliest, says a representative for the Union Square restaurant, which is in keeping with an earlier projection of mid-May. Quick recap: Bronwyn is a project of Tim and Bronwyn Wiechmann of the immensely popular Cambridge restaurant T.W. Food, it will serve Central and Eastern European cuisine (you know, miltwurst, currywurst...), and it has a cool door. Judging from the above photo of the bar, which Bronwyn recently leaked via Facebook, it will also have a cool everything else. Another Facebook post confirms that Bronwyn will serve lunch and dinner including beer, wine and cocktails.
