Sterling's Plans for Full Menu by This Weekend

Sterling's soft-opened with a limited menu on Friday, April 26, and a representative for the company says that the restaurant and bar plans to be fully operational (hard-open?) by this coming Friday or Saturday, aka May 3 or 4. As of now, only some dishes are available, though the full drink list is already being offered. The Financial District venue is the lastest from the Glynn Hospitality Group and draws stylistic and gastronomic inspiration from the Mad Men era, hence the name. See below for the menu.
