Rob Kraemer, bar manager at Chez Henri in Cambridge, will soon be leaving his position. Kraemer recently posted that news via Facebook, calling the French/Cuban-leaning restaurant "my second home for the past sixteen years" and noting that "Tupac was alive and Clinton was president" at the time of his hire. According to the restaurant's website, Kraemer entered the local dining scene in 1994 as a cook at the former Jake and Earl's Dixie BBQ and at Tremont 647 before tending bar at Green Street, then called Green Street Grill. "For those nearby I'd love to see you in the bar a last time before I move on," he says, adding that he'll be leaving "in a few weeks." No word yet on where Kraemer might head to next. Know more? Send any intel of your own to the tipline.
Update: He's headed for Posto.
