BACK BAY - Unit 1 at 3 Commonwealth Avenue has traded in what could be the biggest condo deal in Boston so far this year. The 3-BR, 4.5-BA was last listed for $7,995,000.

FENWAY - In honor of baseball's Opening Day, we mapped all the new construction planned or under way around Fenway Park.

EAST CAMBRIDGE - M.I.T. has sweetened the pot re: its 26-acre expansion in and around Kendall Square. The university has promised more affordable housing, more retail along side streets, more innovation space... and fewer parking spaces.

BEACON HILL - One of the most transplendent residential properties in Boston has hit the market: the sole condo in the 206-year-old Charles Street Meeting House. The spread, with its barrel-vaulted ceilings, arched windows, lots of columns, exposed beams, and a cupola with epic views of the Hub, wants $4,900,000.
