STATE-WIDE - Williams-Sonoma has taken pressure cookers off the shelves in its Massachusetts stores due to the fact that the bombs at the Boston Marathon were made using those devices. "It's a temporary thing out of respect," says one store manager. [Hingham Patch via Consumerist]

HUB-WIDE - Over $65,000 was raised for victims of the Boston Marathon attack on April 17 when over 50 local restaurants (83, actually) each donated a portion of sales to the Gregg Hill Foundation. [Offficial Site]

SOUTH END - Coppa and Toro chef Jamie Bissonnette is not bald. At all. BU newspaper The Daily Free Press thought he was. But he's not. [TDFP via EN]
