BACK BAY - BostInno details what the transition from crime scene to normalcy will be like for the section of Back Bay affected by the aftermath of the Boston Marathon. The final phase includes "Re-Entry, Communications, and Counseling," which hopefully entails restaurants reopening. [BI]
