Oleana Creates a Burger With Basturma and Zhoug

Burger Week is happening elsewhere on Eater, and Ana Sortun's Turkish-leaning Oleana in Cambridge has created a special burger just for the occasion, inspired in part by a dish served at the restaurant's family meal. Sous chef Cara Chigazola-Tobin devised the burger pictured right, with an eggplant kibbeh patty, crispy basturma (cured beef), seared haloumi cheese, zoug (hot sauce with harissa and herbs) and an in-house bun. Available today and tomorrow only (April 17 and April 18).
