THE BURBS - Here is yet further evidence of the allure of the suburbs for Boston area chefs. Wicked Local Weston says that chef Dante de Magistris of dante in Cambridge and Il Casale in Belmont has "the intent to operate the restaurant" proposed for the buildings known as the Josiah Smith Tavern and the Old Library, which would have 80 seats plus a small bed and breakfast. The proposal goes by the name Urbanica. [Wicked Local]
