What to Eat at Fenway Park, Home of the Boston Red Sox

Fenway has several reliable dining options within the stadium, plus there are plenty of great meals waiting just beyond the Green Monster. And of course Fenway Franks and funnel cake are in no short supply. Now, in honor of the first day of the 2013 baseball season, here's a guide to what to eat at Fenway Park and where to find it.
