No, Cambridge was not buried in a delicious flood of Tootsie Rolls this morning; it was just a "minor" spill consisting of 400 gallons of liquid sugar that was being delivered to Cambridge Brands Inc., a subsidiary of Tootsie Roll Industries. A truck's ruptured hose is apparently to blame. [WL]
