HARVARD SQUARE - Though the website for the Cambridge expansion of Toscano in Beacon Hill read "opening next week" just yesterday, a tipster tells Eater that the new location is indeed open, which an employee has confirmed. [EBOS]
BEACON HILL - The recently closed Cafe Quattro - not to be confused with the recently opened Quattro in the North End - could make a comeback. Boston Restaurant Talk infers from a Facebook post by the restaurant that it "may be in the process of lining up a new spot" and could reopen by fall. [Facebook via BRT]
PROVIDENCE - The husband-and-wife chef team of Benjamin and Heidi Sukle tell Eater that they'll be opening a new restaurant called Birch at 200 Washington Street in downtown Providence, which is slated for this summer. Wild ingredients and "underutilized catch" will be featured on the a la carte menu. Birch will serve dinner only, Thursday through Tuesday, though it will be closed on Wednesdays. [Official Source]
