No More Breakfast All Day at The Staniford Cafe

The Staniford Cafe near Mass General has indeed closed as it appeared it would. A Facebook post from Tuesday of this week addressed to "All Our Loyal Customers" and signed "Tom & Carol Carver and The Staniford Team" says the following:

After 20 Years in the business we are sad to say goodbye. So many of you became part of our Staniford Cafe family and we will miss seeing you everyday. Thank you for your support!

The cafe, which served breakfast all day plus soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and specials, was called "a neighborhood treasure" in its final Yelp review.
