Barbara Lynch, who is arguably Boston's most decorated chef, just got more decorated. Today the James Beard Foundation announced six new inductees to its Who's Who of Food & Beverage in America, an award which honors "renowned culinary professionals who have made a significant and unique contribution to the American food and beverage industry." In addition to gaining Relais & Châteaux status for her Fort Point restaurant Menton, Lynch also won the James Beard Foundation award for "Best Chef: Northeast" in 2003. She has also been nominated for a 2013 James Beard Foundation award for "Outstanding Chef" at No. 9 Park. See Eater National for the full list of Who's Who of Food & Beverage in America inductees.
