Allston vegan ice cream makers FoMu have announced plans to expand to Jamaica Plain. The company reports via Facebook that a second location is in the works and is headed for 617 Centre Street, which was once the home of a sneaker shop. If the new shop is anything like the first, expect hard and soft versions of coconut milk-based ice "cream" in flavors ranging from vanilla bean to Thai chili peanut as well as avocado. Also, smoothies, frappes, baked goods, George Howell coffee and Mem Tea.
