New Ice Cream; Will Boston Chops Soft-Open Tomorrow?

SOUTH END - Neighborhood blogger BosGuy, who thus far has had something of an inside track on the upcoming steakhouse Boston Chops, says the restaurant might soft-open as soon as tomorrow.
