Put any fears about Bronwyn having some lame kind of door to bed. The upcoming Union Square restaurant from Tim and Bronwyn Wiechmann of Cambridge favorite T.W. Food remains under construction as it transforms the space that was formerly Ronnarong Thai Tapas Bar, at 255 Washington Street. Quick recap: Bronwyn previously said to expect a February opening and will serve dishes influences by the cuisines of Germany, Austria, Alto Adige [Northern Italy] and Eastern Europe, which will include hand-twisted Bavarian sausages, rye bier bread, giant pretzels, honey-poppy challah and northern Italian noodles and dumplings. That new fence pictured above next to said door? Could be the beer garden.
