The Second Shanti Opening in Roslindale

Twelve years after opening in Dorchester, Shanti is now expanding to Roslindale Village. Owner Solmon Chowdhury, who also runs Moksa in Central Square and previously ran Om, which recently closed, tells Eater that the new Shanti has passed all inspections today and will therefore throw open the doors for a soft-opening tomorrow night, February 27. How do the two compare? Chowdhury calls this new Shanti a "twin sister location" of the original. On the new menu: tandoori, biryani, vindaloo, shaag, patia and more. For the first week, the Roslindale Shanti will serve dinner only. See below for the full menu.
