Chef Michael Schlow could open more locations of Alta Strada in Braintree and Burlington. With existing locations in Wellesley and Foxwoods, the restaurant is Schlow's only one not in Boston, and he tells the Globe that it "does better volume-wise on a per-square-foot basis" than his urban venues.
