Michael Schlow's Radius Will Not Be Renewing Its Lease

Michael Schlow's Financial District restaurant Radius is indeed not renewing its lease, says Chowder. The Boston Magazine blog has it that the lease for Radius is expiring and is being "shopped around to potential future tenants," which confirms what sources previously told Eater. Will Radius relocate? Stay tuned. In other Michael Schlow news, the chef-owner is considering a suburban expansion of his restaurant Alta Strada, and his short-lived Fenway restaurant Happy's Bar + Kitchen recently closed and reopened as Barrio Cantina. Radius opened in 1999 and was Michael Schlow's first restaurant.
