Chef Louis DiBiccari of the highly anticipated Fort Point restaurant Tavern Road describes the restaurant in three words in a new short video from Innovation: "Three words I really like to use to describe kind of how we cook is rustic, ballsy and daring." DiBiccari also says that he expects Tavern Road to be "a neighborhood restaurant with some attitude." Tavern Road is named for the studio location of the renowned sculptor Adio DiBiccari, Louis' uncle, whose work can be see in Parkman Plaza on the Boston Common, among other places.
