It's the end of the line for renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's only Boston outpost, Market. The four-year-old restaurant, located inside the W Hotel in the Theatre District, will close on December 21st, Zagat reports, adding that according a rep, they'll announce what will become of the space soon, and the W Lounge will stay open but get a "refresh" in the coming year. The chef and restaurateur has a number of other Market locations around the world, as well as plenty of other concepts, with eleven restaurants currently open in New York City alone.
