jm Curley's opening chef Samuel Monsour has announced that he's leaving at the end of the year to pursue a few other projects, including a hamburger cookbook and an apron company, and sous chef Chris Bauers is stepping up to fill his shoes. Monsour's last specials board wrapped up in November (including a jalapeno popper-stuffed burger nestled between two gorditas). Now, the restaurant has shared Bauers' first board on Facebook, with some obligatory food porn. Grilled beef heart tartlet, anyone? The specials run through December 21st. Take a look.
