CENTRAL SQUARE — It's "Quebec Week" at Craigie on Main, with a tasting menu available that features dishes like boudin blanc and boudin noir tart, smoked venison leg, and sea trout pastrami. $98 for six courses, $118 for eight courses. FENWAY — Fenway Park went before the licensing board yesterday to get permission for various alcohol-related enhancements, including more concession stands that can sell mixed drinks, the ability to sell drinks through the end of the seventh inning, and the ability to sell alcohol on Yawkey Way whenever the street is closed off for an event, not just baseball games.
