Jaime Davis has just been named the new pastry chef at Deuxave. She was previously pastry chef at No. 9 Park, where she revamped the bread program and created the Sugar Rush dessert event series. Prior to that, she studied at Johnson & Wales and baked around New England before heading to Chicago to work at the renowned Tru. Davis was nominated for Food & Wine's "People's Best New Pastry Chef" award in 2012.
