THEATRE DISTRICT — The newest addition to the Columbus Hospitality Group, Ostra, is expected to open this fall, and things are looking promising — signage is now up. It'll be an upscale seafood-focused restaurant. [FB]
CAMBRIDGE — Harvest pastry chef Brian Mercury and executive chef Mary Dumont have put together a "12-course blowout dinner" called "OverKill" to support Lovin' Spoonfuls; it'll take place on Thursday, November 21st. The line-up includes three bartenders and 13 chefs (Will Gilson from Puritan & Co., Alex Saenz from Lineage, Heather Schmidt from Union Square Donuts, and more), and a cocktail reception precedes the giant dinner.
