In the Boston Business Journal's latest installment of its weekly video series, "Startup Insights," Ming Tsai talks about opening Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon ("If it's too loud, you're too old," says Tsai) while keeping with his three words: "family, food, and philanthropy."
On the biggest risk he's ever taken as an entrepreneur, Tsai recalls opening Blue Ginger, his 15-year-old Wellesley flagship. "We mortgaged the house, the cars, the dog — everything — on Blue Ginger. My wife quit her job to make sure I didn't bankrupt us."
