Moyzilla, the upcoming dumpling truck, has shared a "before" photo of what it looked like before being wrapped in its new skin. "Construction is well underway," notes the truck. Owner Jonathan Moy spoke with Eater over the summer about his plans for Moyzilla, which include a yakitori and gyoza-centric menu and eventually a brick-and-mortar location.
