Central Wharf Co. to Replace Jose Mac's?

Fans of Jose McIntyre's — billed by owners Glynn Hospitality Group as "Boston's first Mexican-Irish restaurant and bar," despite not actually serving any Irish food — may have limited time left to throw back Guinness and quesadillas. The eagle-eyed Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog noticed this ad in the Improper for a new restaurant called Central Wharf Co. The address and owners are the same as Jose Mac's. It is a multi-story building, and Glynn has not returned inquiries for comment, so it is possible that Jose Mac's is not closing, but the clock might be ticking on your chance to relive the 21st birthday you don't quite remember.
